1. Data We Collect

To provide the Optio service, we collect and process the following data:

• Account Info: Name, email, and billing details (via Stripe).
• School Data: We fetch student names, emails, and transaction history from your Teachable School via API.
• Usage Data: Logs of how you interact with our dashboard (for security and debugging).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

• Display your custom dashboard and analytics.
• Calculate LTV and financial metrics.
• Process your subscription payments.

We do NOT sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Processors

We trust the following infrastructure providers to keep your data secure:

• Clerk: User authentication and identity management.
• MongoDB: Encrypted database storage.
• Stripe: Payment processing (we do not store full credit card numbers).
• Render: Server hosting and infrastructure.

4. Data Retention

We retain your school's synced data only as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, all synced student and financial data is removed from our live database within 30 days.
